  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or opened items.

  4. Refund/Exchange Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If payment was made via credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Some items, including gift cards, downloadable products, and sale items, may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item or a different item of equal value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be in unused, undamaged condition.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These include:

8. Cancellations
