- Expedited Shipping: If you need your items faster, we offer expedited shipping with delivery within 2-3 business days for U.S. orders. International orders may take 5-10 business days.
- Priority Shipping: For urgent orders, we provide priority shipping, which ensures your items are delivered within 1-2 business days domestically, or 3-7 business days for international shipments.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders. This offer will be clearly displayed during checkout. Please note that free shipping may not apply to certain items or locations.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, shipping carrier, and current weather conditions.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. The cost of shipping will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or charges that may apply, such as customs duties or taxes for international orders.
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping fees within the United States vary based on the shipping method and the destination. Standard shipping is typically the most affordable, while expedited and priority options may incur higher fees.
- International Shipping: For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and shipping method selected. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it according to the shipping method you selected during checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you have any questions or issues with tracking your order, please contact us, and we will assist you.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States: We offer shipping to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Certain remote areas may require additional shipping fees or extended delivery times.
- International Shipping: We ship to a select number of countries outside the U.S. Please check the checkout page for availability.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. If your address is not eligible for delivery, we will notify you before your order is processed.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In cases of damaged shipments, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the damage for our records. We may request these images as part of the claims process.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. We cannot combine multiple shipping addresses within a single order at this time.
